Effective Friday August 15, 2025 all ELM landscaping is being taken over by Adept Landscape & Construction, who has been contracted by the CHOA to conduct the work.

snow removal update – December 2024

Dear Residents,

A new contractor was hired in December 2024 to clear the pathways that the HOA has taken on through the Snow and Ice Removal Agreement (SNIC) with the City (not pathways being cleared by the City).
