2026 HOA Fees
The annual homeowners association fees have now been issued for the fiscal year of January 1 – December 31, 2026. The fee remains $350.00 + GST for the upcoming year. The payment deadline is January 31, 2026.
Payment options:
1. Online using your PerfectMind account. Clink her for payment instructions. If you do not have an account set up, need a password reset, or need any other assistance with the member portal, please contact us.
2. Cheque made payable to the Crestmont Homeowners’ Association (CHOA) and dropped off or mailed to the office.
*Please be sure to include your name and Crestmont address on the face of the cheque and sign in the signature field.
3. In person at Crestmont Hall with a debit or credit card. The office will be open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 4pm, and Tuesday from 1pm to 7pm.
Annual General Meeting 2025 UPDATE
Thank you to all those who attended or voted at the Annual General Meeting on November 27, 2025.
A warm welcome to our new Board members who were voted in – Dave Anderson, Paul Christensen, Nicola Hoover and Melanie Marshall! They will join continuing Board members Josh Comeau, Neil Makaroff and Ashi Mehta.
As we welcome new members, we also want to thank our outgoing Board members Theresa Kline, Paul Godard and Andrew Goetz for their many years of dedicated service and hard work.

Town Hall

Special Resolution update
August 14, 2025:
Thank you to all of the members that voted and/or attended the Special Resolution meeting yesterday. We received a combined total of 252 votes cast, 63% in favour of the motion (159 votes in favour, and 93 against). Our bylaws indicate that a Special Resolution requires 75% of the votes received to be in favour, and as such the motion failed.
