Good afternoon Crestmont Residents,

We have received questions about the proximity of the downstairs washroom area and the daycare. The safety, tenants, and their charges is paramount.

CHOA is looking into an option to have the upstairs washrooms available during Daycare hours. We will send an additional communication once a solution

has been implemented.

A few reminders for those visiting the Hall:

– Please limit your time indoors and practice social distancing

– We ask that no more than one group at a time use the washrooms

– Please clean-up after yourself when using the washrooms

– If the washrooms require additional cleaning, please contact

– Please be respectful of the Daycare area

– Please note that CHOA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

Thank you for your patience.

Thank you,

Crestmont HOA

Please explore this website for more information about your Crestmont Homeowners’ Association. If you have specific questions or require login information, please visit the Contact Us page and we will be happy to reply.

Thank you!

The Crestmont Homeowners’ Association (CHOA) was established to own, operate and protect community-based amenities and to maintain a higher standard of maintenance over what a municipality can provide for public spaces.

The CHOA serves many vital functions in the community. These include, but are not limited to, the management and maintenance of the community’s amenities and physical features, including entrance signage, parks, boulevard landscaping, pathways and the Crestmont Hall.

Registered as a non-profit organization under the Societies Act, the CHOA will manage all community amenities through meaningful input and guidance for future care, maintenance and development of your community. This may include area beautification projects, superior levels of care, new community amenities and organized events. Presently, and until the community reaches its full development potential and is financially sustainable; the CHOA is managed by the developer until the CHOA is transferred to the residents of Crestmont. Rancho Realty is the property manager for the community.
